			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>GreenLight released its Ad Gauge results from the 54th Grammy® Awards. Three out of eight ads featured a celebrity endorsement or licensed song, which is a slight increase over use of entertainment content from its Ad Gauge results in 2011.</p>
<p>The GreenLight Ad Gauge analyzes advertising during the world’s biggest television music event as a barometer to identify trends in how brands are using celebrities and pop music in their TV commercials.</p>
<p>Key findings from GreenLight’s 2012 analysis include:<br />
•	21% of ads featured celebrity endorsements, including Jennifer Lopez, Taylor Swift and Paul McCartney<br />
•	21% of ads featured licensed pop music, which has remained relatively consistent the past four years<br />
•	37% of ads featured some kind of entertainment element (either a celeb endorsement or licensed music), a slight increase from the 35 percent seen in 2011</p>
